- Client home addresses and access codes are encrypted at rest
- GPS route data and photos are deleted after 90 days automatically

- We use Firebase (Google) for auth/database, Stripe for payments, SendGrid for email
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, business name, city, state, and service area. For Providers, we also collect services offered, rates, and business mode.
When you use GPS walk tracking, we collect location data during active walks only. This data is retained for 90 days then automatically deleted.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the Leashkin platform, process payments, send transactional emails (invoices, report cards, appointment reminders), and improve our services.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication and database
- Stripe — payment processing
- SendGrid — email delivery
- Google Maps — location services (Pro tier)
Data Security
Client home addresses and access codes are encrypted at rest. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. We use Firebase's security rules to enforce access control at the database level.
Your Rights
You may export your data at any time through your dashboard settings. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting support@leashkin.com.
